Sand and sandbags are available for the residents of the City of Salinas during winter and rainy seasons. The Environmental & Maintenance Services Division is located at 426 Work St. Salinas, CA 93901. Each household or business in the City of Salinas is allotted 10 bags. The sand and sandbags are in the parking lot area. Residents or business owners can come by at any time of day to pick up the sand and sandbags.
